What we collect

Contact form. When you fill in the form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and message. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a quote.

Server logs. The server that delivers the site keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser information and the requested page, for security and debugging.

Cookies. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add an analytics tool later, we will update this page and ask for your consent.

Who we share it with

Your form message reaches us through our email service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. We may share it with authorities where legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for the length of the correspondence and any business relationship, and delete them on request. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

Your rights

Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing. Write to info@isimalan.com for any of these.
